Do We Create Our Own Products Or Do We Buy In?

We 100% create and handcraft every product available from our website. We take the time to learn recipes and build ideas to create our very own mixtures and ingredients. We blend, mix and pour by hand.

Do Our Products Have Cosmetic Product Safety Reports?

Yes, our products do have cosmetic safety reports, we are in the middle of process to have every single product documented but this is a lengthy process.

We also have Liability Insurance.

How Do I Use Shower Melts?

This is our most asked question due to shower melts being one of our most popular products and many people are new to this time of item in their lives.

The best way to use our shower melts are:
When it is time for your shower..
Moisten shower melt under the running shower water to activate the effervescence. Then place the shower melt on the floor of the shower towards the corner or just out of the direct spray of the water.
The melt should be getting lightly sprinkled by the running water.
As it begins to fizz the pure essential oils are released into the steam and the shower is filled with the aromatherapy.
To adjust the strength of the scent you can move the fizzer closer or further from the direct stream of water.
For a stronger scent, the shower melt can also be placed in a soap dish or ledge closer to you.
Our natural shower melts contain no colour so they are gentle on your tile or shower floor.

Why Is There Oil On The Packaging Of My Item?

We aim to reduce the use of plastic therefor we try to package our products in non plastic wrapping. We also use a lot of pure essential oils which means that often times the strength of the oils will absorber slightly into our wrapping or labels.

This is completely normal and doesn't get rid of any of the effects of the product.

A lot of large retailers use plastic wrapping for their items which we are not trying to do as we want to be as eco-friendly as possible. We are still learning to create and bring out long lasting packaging with our products.

I Have Allergies / Skin Conditions

We take allergies and any other health issues seriously, this is why we ask customers to please let us know about any of their conditions so we can help you better.

We highly recommend that women who are pregnant do not use any bath products and small children are supervised and have parent permission of use of our products.

Those with diabetes should be careful with use of bath products and or not use them at all depending on the condition.

We do use almond oil in some products so please let us know if you have nut allergies.
